Ballet Basics & Technique
A focused 1-hour adult ballet class building strength, confidence, and technical clarity.
Ballet Basics & Technique is a structured 1-hour adult ballet class designed to build strong technical foundations through repetition, clarity, and consistent feedback.
Rather than learning entirely new combinations each week, the class revisits core exercises regularly. This allows dancers to focus less on remembering steps and more on refining how they move. Over time, this builds strength, coordination, confidence, and a clearer understanding of ballet technique.
The class is suitable for beginners and returning dancers. Exercises are broken down clearly, with time given for explanation, correction, and repetition as needed. The focus is on improving alignment, control, musicality, and overall quality of movement in a calm and supportive training environment.
Class size is capped at 8 dancers to ensure individual attention and detailed correction throughout the session.
New dancers are always welcome. While the class follows a consistent structure, each dancer is met at their current level and supported through the material.
